What is Individual Design?
Individual Program Design (ID) is a service offering in which you receive a specifically tailored program based on your individual goals from your coach and you perform the programming when your schedule allows it.
You don't need to be in shape to start. We meet you right where you are and tailor the program to get you where you want to be.
Our ID coaches have gone through a rigorous and continuous training intensive focused on not only learning, but implementing principles in consultations, physical assessments, program design and nutrition.
How does Individual Design work?
First, we will pair you with your own one to one coach. In the beginning, you will have an initial consultation to discuss your goals and what you want to get out of your fitness program.
They will work with you on a customized nutrition plan to meet your needs and goals.
They'll assess and track your physical abilities consistently so that they have the truth and never guess as to what you need next.
Your coach then designs your entire training program for you.
They deliver your program to you directly through your phone.
Then, YOU execute the workout and you earn the results.
Every month, your coach will schedule consultations and InBody composition analysis with you to ensure that your progress continues.
Will I be working out alone?
No, you will work out in a group environment. Even though each client will have their own individual program, you will workout along side one another, cheer each other on and enjoy team camaraderie.
